Manage your users to help you run your merchant business
You can assign different roles for each of the users of your company, this will allow you to distribute tasks and control access to the most sensitive information.
Assign one or multiple roles to each user, depending on their role in the company.
Below is a short description of each of the user roles along with the main screens you will have access to:

Master User |
It is the main user of your merchant. This user creates the other users. The master user will have access to the following modules: · Home: Home Dashboard. · Transactions: o Charges: View charges, request refunds. o Chargebacks: View chargebacks, upload chargeback processing documents. · My Merchant: View active payment methods and services, billing and collection data from Kushki. Display the business rules set up. · Users: Create, edit, and delete users. · Subscriptions: View, edit, and delete subscriptions. · Reports: Create, download, clone, and delete reports. · Settings: Upload logo and colors, set up language and time zone, set up support contacts. Customize transfer gateway (Chile), set up transaction notifications. * · Developers: View and add credentials (public and private keys), view and edit available webhooks, view webhook notifications including the status of each one. · Support: Allow read access to the Kushki support team. *Some options will only be available when your merchant account is in production. |

User creator |
Creates, edits, and deletes users and permissions. It also provides access to request support assistance and to the subscriptions module. |

Smartlinks Master |
Creates, edits, clones, and deletes Smartlinks. You can also request Support assistance. |

Smartlinks |
Creates Smartlinks and views existing Smartlinks. You can also request Support assistance. |

Reading user |
It accesses the Home, Transactions, Subscriptions module. You can view and download transactions, as well as request Support assistance. |

Credentials Master |
· Creates and edits credentials for secondary merchants. · Manages the master keys of a merchant. · Converts a primary master key into a secondary master key, or vice versa. Note: This user type is only available on demand. Contact your commercial advisor to activate it. |

Virtual POS |
It acts independently to collect payments from customers without having to interact with or access information from the Console. For the performance of your activity within the Kushki platform, you need to refer to the URL https://vpos.kushkipagos.com/. Note: Users with this profile cannot have a different profile assigned to them. |
