The password allows you to enter your Administration Console in Kushki. Here are the steps to recover your password:
- Enter the password recovery window: https://console.kushkipagos.com/auth/forget-password
- Enter your Username to request the Verification Code.
- Click on the REQUEST CODE button.
- If your username and email are correct, the system will send an email with a six-digit verification code from the address soporte@kushkipagos.com:
- Return to your browser window and enter the Verification Code in the Verification Code field.
- Enter your new password. Validate that each of the following requirements is marked in green. Your new password must have:
- At least 10 characters
- At least one number
- At least one special character, for example: #, ?, !, /, +
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
7. Click the CREATE PASSWORD button:
Now you can log in with your Username and your new password to access your Administration Console.
