Discover how you can generate, edit, download, and clone custom reports to review the transactional record of your merchant.
| 🔐 Note: Keep in mind that the custom report navigation process is enabled for users whose role is Master User in your Console credentials. |
Once you enter your Console with your username and password, follow the steps below to access this screen:
1. In the left side menu, select the Reports section.
2. In Custom Reports, you will be able to view the following general information of the reports you have generated:

- Name
- Type
- Frequency
- Delivery
3. Additionally, you will find the options detailed below.
Generate a custom report
4. Click the Generate report button.
View details of a created report
5. Under Report Detail, you can find your report settings, including:

- Information type: Type of generated report
- File name: Name selected for the file generated for the report
- File extension (.csv, .txt, or no extension)
- Selected comma separator (tab, semicolon, pipe, commas, or no separator).
- Report type
- Time zone
Download the created report
1. In the Download report, you will be able to Choose the date range for your report.
2. Press the 
3. Click Apply dates.
4. Choose the Download option.
5. The system will confirm the status of your request and it will confirm if the report has been generated successfully.
6. In the Download pending section, you can view the list of the reports that were previously sent.
Edit a custom report
If you require it, you can edit the custom report you have created. Do the following:
1. In the main side menu, access the Reports tab in your Console.
2. On the Custom Reports screen, identify the report you want to edit.
3. Click the 
4. Edit the information and/or configuration of your report, adjusting the same fields that you will find when creating a report in your console.
5. Once you make the necessary adjustments, press the Save button, located at the bottom of the page to save the changes.
6. The system will confirm if The report has been successfully generated.
Download the reports you have previously generated
If you need to download again the reports you previously generated in the console, you can do the following:
1. In the main side menu, access the Reports tab in your Console.
2. On the Custom Reports screen, identify the report in which you want to re-download information.
3. Tap the 
4. Click on the period report you want to download. The system will show you the name of the report and the period of time that the report includes.
5. Press the 
6. Click Cancel to return to the Custom Reports panel.
Clone a custom report
If you need to create a report similar to the one you've created in the past, you can duplicate a custom report. Do the following:
1. Access the Reports screen in your Console.
2. Identify the report you want to clone.
3. Click the 
4. In the popup menu, click the Clone option. The Clone Report window will open.
5. Make the necessary changes for the report to be cloned, adjusting the same fields that you will find when creating a report in your console.
6. When you're done, click the Save button.
7. The system will confirm if the Report was successfully saved.
Delete a custom report
You can also delete one of the custom reports you have created on your console. Do the following:
- Access the Reports tab in your Console.
- Identify the report you want to delete.
- Click the
button located in the row of the report you want to delete; a popup menu will appear.
- Click the Delete option.
- In the confirmation window, click the Yes, delete button to confirm the action.
- The system will confirm if The setting has been removed successfully.
- The row that contained the deleted report information will disappear.
