These are the instructions for uploading exhibits in a chargeback process:
- In the Transactions menu, go to Chargebacks:
- Click on the chargeback that has the status Initiated.
- On the Chargeback Detail screen, look for the Supporting Documentation section.
- Click on the Choose File button to upload the supporting documents corresponding to the chargeback.
- When you have finished choosing the files, click on the Send Files button.
